The 2026 SCMR Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CMR) Board Review Course is a comprehensive, intensive program developed by the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance. It is meticulously designed to prepare physicians and technologists for the Certification Board of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CBCMR) examination. The course delivers an in-depth review of cardiovascular magnetic resonance principles, spanning from fundamental MRI physics and safety guidelines to advanced clinical applications, including the assessment of ischemic heart disease, cardiomyopathies, valvular diseases, and congenital anomalies. Through expert-led lectures, interactive case-based reviews, and board-style question sessions, attendees will solidify their foundational knowledge and refine their diagnostic acumen for both clinical practice and board certification.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
