1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our educational content, all sales are considered final once access to the Google Drive folder has been granted. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once the digital link has been shared with your provided email address.

2. Access & Support Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to ensuring you have uninterrupted access to your purchased materials:

• Link Replacement: If your access link becomes inactive or broken, contact us with your order email. We will issue a new link free of charge.
• Lifetime Access: We provide reliable, long-term access. However, we strongly recommend downloading files to your personal device for offline study.

3. Exceptions

A refund may only be considered if a double-charge error occurs due to a technical glitch. Such issues must be reported to our support team within 3 days of the transaction.
