Volume 1: Asian Eyelid Surgery Using the Versatile Anchor Technique 4 cases with 3 hours of operative video.
The videos in this series teach appropriate fold design, diagnosis, and treatment of subtle ptosis inherent in the majority of Asian eyelids, as well as the indications for performing a medial epicanthoplasty. The demonstrated technique, Anchor Blepharoplasty, is a versatile method which allows precise mini-corrections of even the most subtle ptosis commonly encountered in the Asian eyelid.
Procedures included:
Case 1: Asian blepharoplasty with medial epicanthoplasty and ptosis repair, with a focus on correcting the medial epicanthal fold using the redraping technique. Diagnosis and treatment of subtle asymmetric ptosis common in the Asian eyelid is also demonstrated.
Case 2: Asian blepharoplasty for early dermatochalasis using the anchor technique to create a secure lid crease, combined with skin excision for treatment of early signs of aging in a 30-year-old patient.
Case 3: Asian blepharoplasty and medial epicanthoplasty with ptosis repair, with an emphasis on diagnosing and treating subtle ptosis.
Case 4: Asian eyelid surgery with concomitant transpalpebral brow lift for correcting the aging eyelid.
Volume 2: Asian Rhinoplasty Using Costal Cartilage 3 cases with 5 hours of operative video.
The focus of this series is on using costal cartilage to reconstruct the weak cartilaginous structures common in the Asian nose. Rib cartilage reliably corrects the underprojected tip, the short nose, and the low dorsum. Included are tips for harvesting a straight seventh costal cartilage, as well as avoidance of common complications.
Procedures included:
Case 1: Asian rhinoplasty with a focus on dorsal augmentation using solid rib and reshaping a round, weak nasal tip.
Case 2: Asian rhinoplasty for the correction of low dorsum and underprojected tip using rib cartilage graft.
Case 3: Asian rhinoplasty with a focus on tip reshaping, increasing projection, and correcting the dorsal pseudo-hump.
Available in HD Streaming format. 7 cases with over 8 hours of operative video. 2019.
