The activity was planned for both practicing clinical radiologists and those working in an academic environment, and brings together leading university radiologists who will address important topics in cardiac and pulmonary imaging.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After viewing this program, participants should be able to:
- Confidently interpret high—resolution CT scans of the lungs and provide focused differential diagnoses;
- Describe a practical approach to the imaging of lung infections and pleural diseases;
- Understand typical manifestations of acute and chronic aortic diseases;
- Describe the role of cross—sectional imaging in the evaluation of acquired heart diseases;
- Discriminate benign vs. malignant lung nodules/ masses on CT and PET;
- Understand the role of CT and PET in the evaluation and staging of lung cancer.
