Memorial Sloan Kettering is pleased to present the 2024 Translating Evidence into Practice Conference. Presentations will include successful examples of utilizing high-quality evidence for performance/quality improvement projects or changes in practice. These are actual examples of using evidence to change practice that can be adopted across healthcare institutions around the globe. Content discussed will encompass various aspects of healthcare, including oncology, ambulatory care, interprofessional collaboration, leadership, research, and technology.

Keynote Presenter
Dr. Staci Reynolds received a baccalaureate degree in nursing science from Indiana University (IU) in Indianapolis, Indiana. She earned a Master’s degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) at IU in 2011, and completed her PhD at IU in May 2016. Dr. Reynolds’ dissertation focused on implementation of clinical practice guidelines, and her current research interests includes evidence-based practice implementation and quality improvement.
Clinically, she worked as a neurosurgical ICU nurse, and served as a CNS in inpatient neuroscience science units at IU Health and Duke University Hospital (DUH) and within the DUH Infection Prevention Department. As an Associate Clinical Professor at Duke University School of Nursing, she teaches healthcare quality improvement methods in the DNP Program. She is also the Clinical Research Unit Director, and the Director of Academic Assessment and Evaluation.
In January 2023, Dr. Reynolds was appointed the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Nursing Care Quality.
