1. Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • All content, courses, and media on coursemedicalshop.com are created and published strictly for informational and educational purposes.
  • The content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • We do not provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, official degrees, or any equivalent professional certifications.
  • Under no circumstances shall Course Medical Shop, its owners, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or medical errors arising from the use or inability to use the materials provided on this website.

2. Purchase and Delivery Policy

  • Strictly Digital: We specialize exclusively in digital medical education products. No physical products (such as USBs, DVDs, or hard drives) will be shipped.
  • Delivery Method: Access is granted exclusively by sharing the Google Drive folder directly to the specific email address provided at checkout. We do not provide public or open-access links.
  • Delivery Time: Upon successful payment verification, an email containing the access instructions will be sent to your provided email address. Access rights are typically granted within 2 to 24 hours.

3. Usage Rights, Hosting & Anti-Piracy

  • Personal Use: Course Medical Shop grants you access for your personal and educational use only.
  • Guaranteed Hosting & Downloading: We guarantee that the hosted link will remain active for at least 2 years from the date of purchase. We highly encourage you to download the course materials to your personal devices for offline viewing within this timeframe.
  • Course Versions: Your purchase grants you access to the specific edition/year of the course listed at checkout. It does not include free upgrades to future yearly editions.

Strict Anti-Piracy & Sharing Restriction:

Your purchase is a single-user access pass intended solely for your personal use. To protect our hosting infrastructure and ensure fair usage, unauthorized sharing, forwarding, reselling, or public posting of the Google Drive access links is strictly prohibited. Course Medical Shop monitors access logs. Any violation of this fair-use policy will result in the immediate revocation of your access rights without prior notice and without any refund.

4. Payments, Disputes, and Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree to our strictly enforced No Refund Policy for digital goods, as acknowledged during the mandatory checkout agreement.

Fraudulent Disputes:

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company for a valid digital delivery will be considered a breach of these Terms. In such events, Course Medical Shop reserves the right to permanently revoke your access and submit your access logs, IP address, and checkout agreement to the financial institution and payment gateway as proof of delivery to contest the dispute.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
